Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Your cleaner brings their own tried-and-trusted products and equipment. If you'd rather they use yours (allergies, specific surfaces), just say — happy either way.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll reclean the areas in question free of charge. Reliability is the whole point of what we do.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No — most of our customers aren't. Many trust their regular cleaner with a key or code. Key handling is logged and coded, never labelled with your address.
Am I tied into a contract?
No contracts. Pause, skip a visit, or cancel your plan whenever you like — just give us a couple of days' notice before your next clean.
