Quick Clean Kent

Landlords & letting agents

Void cleaning that does not hold up your re-let

End of tenancy cleaning across the whole of Kent, priced per property and photographed on completion. Insured, DBS-checked, and used to working to a check-out date rather than a vague window.

The problem is usually the gap, not the clean

Most cleaning companies will quote you a price. Fewer will work to the date you actually need. A void period costs you more per day than the clean costs in total, so a contractor who can only fit you in next week is an expensive contractor regardless of their rate.

When you book, give us the check-out date and the check-in date. We plan around the real deadline rather than the date you would ideally like us, and we will tell you straight away if it is not possible instead of accepting the job and letting you find out later.

If we arrive and the property is in a materially worse state than described, you get a call and photographs before we start, not an adjusted invoice afterwards.

Why end of tenancy works out cheaper than a deep clean

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.

1 bed2 bed3 bed4 bed
Deep clean£80£125£170£205
+ Hob deep clean£10£10£15£15
+ Inside fridge / freezer£15£15£20£20
+ Blinds & window ledges£15£20£22£25
+ Internal windows£15£20£25£30
Deep clean, everything added£135£190£252£295
Our end of tenancy price£110£150£195£230
You pay less by£25£40£57£65

That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.

What a contractor panel asks for

If you are adding us to an approved list, this is what we can supply.

£5m public liability, £10m employers’ liability

Certificates supplied on request, in the format contractor panels ask for. We have been through this process before and know what gets asked for.

Every cleaner DBS-checked and reference-checked

Checked before they start, not after. Relevant if your tenants are still in situ or if you are handing over keys.

Photographs on completion, and before we start

We photograph pre-existing damage before touching anything. If there is a dispute later about what state the property was in, you have dated evidence rather than a disagreement.

Flat prices, agreed upfront

Quoted by property size, never by the hour. What we quote is what appears on the invoice. No itemised extras appearing afterwards.

24-hour reclean guarantee

If your inventory clerk flags something, we come back and fix it free. Faster than arguing about it, and it protects the deposit either way.

Trade references available

We can supply references from existing trade clients when you need them for a panel application.

Portfolios and regular volume

If you are placing work regularly rather than one-off, talk to us about it directly rather than booking each job through the website. Regular volume is worth a conversation about rates, and it means we hold capacity for you rather than treating each job as new.

We also cover HMO changeovers per room and communal areas for block and portfolio managers.
