Yes, in the sense that matters: we turn the property around between one guest leaving and the next arriving on the same day. Tell us the checkout and check-in times and we work within that window. Booking itself needs at least four hours’ notice and carries a 20% premium on the day, and bookings for the next day close at 7pm — so schedule changeovers in advance rather than on the morning.
We change and make beds with linen provided at the property. We also offer off-site laundry as an add-on, though we usually recommend keeping two or three spare sets on site instead, it works out cheaper and means turnaround never waits on a wash cycle.
We photograph anything unusual before we start, so you have evidence if you need to claim through Airbnb. If the state of the property means significantly more work than a normal changeover, we will tell you before doing it rather than after.
We can, if you leave supplies at the property. Just tell us where they are kept and what you want replaced between guests.

Case study · Airbnb changeover, Ebbsfleet
This was booked as a standard changeover between guests. What our cleaner found was a property left in a condition the booking did not reflect — several bags of rubbish through the ground floor, marks and staining across carpets, the sofa and the beds, and debris in every room.
We photographed the state of the property before touching anything, told the host what we had found, and completed it as a full deep clean the same day so the next booking was not lost. Soft furnishings were vacuumed, spot treated and deodorised — we do not offer wet carpet cleaning or extraction, and we said so rather than pretending otherwise. The first two Airbnb photographs in the set above are from that job.
If you host short lets, this is the situation worth planning for. We work around your real checkout and check-in times, we tell you straight away if a property needs more than the clean you booked, and you get the photographs either way.
