We look at the communal areas and any individual suites you want included, and quote it as one job. If tenants come and go, tell us when that happens and we’ll adjust rather than leaving you to chase a changing headcount.
Only if that’s how you’d like it to work. Plenty of offices give us access this way for out-of-hours cleaning; others prefer someone on site to let us in. Either is fine, just tell us what you’d prefer.
