Dartford is the closest part of our area to London, and the rental market behaves accordingly. Tenancies are shorter, turnover is faster, and void periods are tighter than anywhere else we cover.
Check availabilityOne price covering oven, hob, fridge, blinds and internal windows. Nothing itemised afterwards.
A large share of the lettings stock here is modern apartments, much of it aimed at people commuting into London. That means high churn, professionally managed blocks, and formal check-out inventories rather than an informal look round.
Formal inventories raise the standard expected. Clerks working for managing agents in this part of Kent tend to check inside appliances, window ledges and the tops of doors as a matter of routine. Everything on that list is in our end of tenancy price as standard, which is the point of pricing it as one package.
Where a block is professionally managed, the check-out is usually documented properly with photographs. Ours are too. You get pictures on completion, and pictures of anything already damaged before we start.
Turnover here is faster than the rest of our area, and same-week bookings are common. Give us the check-in date as well as the check-out date and we will work to the real deadline.
Balconies are part of the demise in most modern flats and get checked. Communal hallways usually are not your responsibility, and we will tell you which is which before quoting rather than after.
We are a mobile service covering these areas. We do not have an office in Dartford, we travel to you.
Our free end of tenancy checklist covers every item a letting agent typically checks, in the order it makes sense to work through them. No sign-up, and genuinely useful whether you book us or not.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.
| 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep clean | £80 | £125 | £170 | £205 |
| + Hob deep clean | £10 | £10 | £15 | £15 |
| + Inside fridge / freezer | £15 | £15 | £20 | £20 |
| + Blinds & window ledges | £15 | £20 | £22 | £25 |
| + Internal windows | £15 | £20 | £25 | £30 |
| Deep clean, everything added | £135 | £190 | £252 | £295 |
| Our end of tenancy price | £110 | £150 | £195 | £230 |
| You pay less by | £25 | £40 | £57 | £65 |
That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
