We cover the whole island, from Sheerness and Queenborough through Minster and out to Leysdown. Sheppey has a different mix of property to the rest of our area, with a lot more holiday and short-let stock alongside the permanent housing.
Check availabilityOne price covering oven, hob, fridge, blinds and internal windows. Nothing itemised afterwards.
Because so much of the island is holiday and seasonal letting, a good share of the end of tenancy work here is really a deep changeover at the end of a season rather than a tenant moving out. Both get the same standard from us, but they run to different calendars.
Coastal property also weathers differently. Salt in the air marks window frames, external doors and metal fittings faster than it does inland, and it shows up on internal windows and ledges more than most people expect.
End of season cleans on the island are often bigger than a standard end of tenancy because the property has been used hard for months by different people. Tell us if that is what you have and we will allow the time.
Coastal properties carry a film on internal window glass and ledges that inland properties do not. Internal windows and ledges are included in our end of tenancy price as standard, which matters more here than anywhere else we cover.
The island is the furthest part of our area, so we schedule Sheppey jobs with the crossing in mind rather than assuming we can slot one in between two Medway jobs. It does not change the price. It does change how far ahead it is worth booking.
We are a mobile service covering these areas. We do not have an office in Isle of Sheppey, we travel to you.
Our free end of tenancy checklist covers every item a letting agent typically checks, in the order it makes sense to work through them. No sign-up, and genuinely useful whether you book us or not.

It sounds like the more expensive option, and for a lot of companies it is. Ours is not. A deep clean does not include the hob, the fridge, the blinds or the internal windows, and a check-out inventory will look at all four. Buy them as add-ons and here is what happens.
| 1 bed | 2 bed | 3 bed | 4 bed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deep clean | £80 | £125 | £170 | £205 |
| + Hob deep clean | £10 | £10 | £15 | £15 |
| + Inside fridge / freezer | £15 | £15 | £20 | £20 |
| + Blinds & window ledges | £15 | £20 | £22 | £25 |
| + Internal windows | £15 | £20 | £25 | £30 |
| Deep clean, everything added | £135 | £190 | £252 | £295 |
| Our end of tenancy price | £110 | £150 | £195 | £230 |
| You pay less by | £25 | £40 | £57 | £65 |
That is arithmetic from our own published rate card, not a sales line. If your property genuinely does not need the oven, hob, fridge, blinds and windows doing, a deep clean is the cheaper choice and we will tell you so.
